Does your website still have the old grey “SUBMIT” button? If so you might want to test a new button. A/B split tests often reveal that simply changing the text in the button to something like; “Register Now”, “Download Now”, “Request a FREE Quote Now”, etc. can dramatically increase conversions.

I recently spoke with Chris Goward the CEO of the conversion testing firm, WiderFunnel Marketing Inc, and Chris pointed out that in most tests they conduct a bigger button out performs the original button. So if you have a “standard” sized button now you may want to test a larger one.
