Research- Provide What YOUR Customers Want

Earlier this year I conducted a bunch of “market research”, which essentially means I asked people what they wanted as it relates to the types of services we provide (or could provide). I sent out e-mail surveys, asked existing customers and talked with people at my seminars and webinars. I asked what Internet marketing services they would like. I asked how much they would like to pay. I asked how much time they wanted to spend personally and how much they wanted outsourced.

The bottom-line… IMGmembers.com was formed. I developed an entire new business model that allows me to fill the wants and needs of my clients in a way, and on a budget, that exceeded their expectations. Of course it has become incredibly popular and successful.

I’m imploring you to use this technique, do YOUR market research and find ways to provide what your target customers need and WANT at a price that they are excited about
