Social Marketing & E-commerce

This is a recording of a webinar I conducted on January 27, 2012 for the Canadian Museum Association. The title of webinar is “Social Marketing – Minimum Investment, Maximum Return”.

Just as an FYI, I was in Mission Viejo, California delivering this webinar live to an association meeting in Toronto, Ontario. What you are seeing below was projected on a large screen during the session and the audio was piped in over the “house system”. The Q&A at the end was done using a “snowball” mic so the attendees could easily get their questions asked and answered.

I start the session by explaining the best STRATEGY to generate revenue from Social marketing and then move into specific, PROVEN, programs and tactics that can be implemented on a VERY TIGHT budget.
